Recruiting, training and supporting the volunteers who carry out First Friend Ireland's work on the ground.
First Friend Ireland is, and will remain, a voluntary-led organisation. This programme area is about building a well-supported volunteer movement — with clear roles, proper training, and safeguarding practice — rather than treating volunteering as an afterthought.
